Ripped Series

Ripped explores the interplay between reality and abstraction that reveal hidden narratives from our collective consciousness.

Using paper fragments as a source material, I repurpose found imagery through the process of deconstruction and reconstruction. Through this process, I rip, fold and layer the remnants, reimagining the original imagery into collaged abstract forms. To further enhance, I then light and photograph the analog collage to accentuate the details and the interplay of textures. Sizes available
